The Yard Gym is a boutique strength and conditioning space that caters for all fitness levels and age groups.
Memberships are a 12 week commitment that auto-renews every 12 weeks. You can opt to have your contract expire at the end of the 12 weeks before it auto-renews at no cost.

We have taken the best of both worlds and worked it under one roof with our own personal touch. Our group training style has a major focus on building functional strength and all round able bodies. We deliver world-class training principles, for the everyday individual.
TURF - Our TURF session is a mixture of cardiovascular movements that we change week to week. The aim is to be working on your ability to sustain physical and mental stamina for an extended period of time.
RIG - Our RIG sessions help build strength so that we create the ability to live our lives to the max! They are focused on power, strength and endurance, spending a lot of time on “The Rig“ focusing on a range of movement, functional and hypertrophy training.
MONDAY/ TUESDAY RIG
Lower body strength (squatting & hinging)
WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY RIG
Upper body strength (bench-press, push & pull)
PAY DAY & GAME DAY - Sessions are built around HARD WORK and TEAM WORK. By working in teams, it allows our members to build resilience & community at the same time.

To achieve all these principles, we have created a system that allows our clients to have more options, but more importantly, apply the correct amount of stress upon the body to achieve a goal, whilst enjoying themselves.
Q) DO THE SESSIONS RUN FOR 45 MINUTES?
Sessions run for 50 minutes inclusive of warm up, rundown, 2 or 3 components of work with rest and explanation in between, then 2 minutes in the end for cool down.
